Delivery & License Agreement

This Agreement governs the purchase, delivery, and licensing of digital assets (AI-generated personas and models) from PersonaBase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery Terms
Processing Time: Standard orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Custom Orders: Delivery times for complex requests (e.g., custom LoRA training or large 8K sets) will be discussed individually but usually do not exceed 5 business days.
Method of Delivery: Files are delivered via a secure digital download link (Google Drive, Mega, or WeTransfer) sent to the customer’s provided Telegram or Email.
2. License Grant (Exclusive Ownership)
Upon receipt of full payment, PersonaBase grants the Purchaser a Worldwide, Exclusive, and Perpetual License to the specific Model ID purchased. This includes:
Commercial Use: You may use the persona for any commercial purpose (Advertising, Social Media, Virtual Influencers, Merchandising).
Derivative Works: You have the right to modify, edit, or use the persona as a base for further AI generations.
Transfer of Rights: You are the sole owner of this specific visual identity.
3. Seller’s Guarantees
Non-Resale: PersonaBase guarantees that the purchased Model ID will be removed from the public showcase immediately after the sale and will never be resold to any third party.
Data Destruction: Following successful delivery and a 7-day technical support window, PersonaBase deletes the specific training dataset to ensure the persona remains unique to the Buyer.
4. Restrictions
Original Listing: The Buyer may not claim that they manually painted/photographed the original base image if it was generated via AI, though they hold all commercial rights to the result.
Illegal Use: The assets must not be used for any illegal activities or in a way that violates international laws.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate transfer of high-resolution files/training data:
All sales are final.
Refunds are not provided once the download link has been sent.
If there is a technical issue with a file (e.g., a corrupted archive), PersonaBase will provide a replacement within 24 hours.
6. Acceptance
By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the quality of the "Showcase" preview and are satisfied with the artistic style of PersonaBase.
